Current Behavior: The checkout page path includes 3 pages for new users --> /address --> /payment --> /confirm.

Desired Behavior: Consolidate and gather all of this information on the /confirm page only. Use 'expandable' sections to keep the UI simple & clean.

Yes - we have customers that thought they checked out and then it causes a LOT of customer service problems especially in situations of selling tickets and the event is sold out - but extra people keep showing up.

This would be an excellent improvement from a UI and UX standpoint. We have had many cases over the past couple of years where users don't get to the final page (confirm), yet believe they've sucessfully submitted an order.
