Improve store search-bar logic

Currently, the store search bar only indexes product names and manually entered keywords in the admin.
Expand this to index more data (like product descriptions) and add more intelligence to include typos, synonyms, and variants.
Possibly integrating with something like Algolia Search (https://www.algolia.com/)

A form of what I term fuzzy search would help with this. The capability to dynamically search and not have to manually keyword every product would be massive. It would take some tweaking to refine though or maybe require options at store side.
The ability to filter searches and products would go even further then, IE select or exclude recipes, products, categories, blog posts, etc.

If there could be a search bar for the blog and recipe section on the user end, as well, that would be immensely helpful! We have it on the admin side, but that doesn't help any of our potential customers find the blog or recipe information they want without clicking through multiple pages.

if the item is "apples" and I search for "apple" it doesn't come up...so making it able to search for plurals and vice versa
