The ability to set a minimum shipping charge per logistic/delivery zone.

It would function along the lines of :

If a minimum is set:

It charges the minimum until the calculated rate is higher, then the calculated rate takes over.

If a threshold is set, it would override the minimum and calculated and set the threshold amount for free or discounted shipping.

We have a variety of smaller orders that come in that simply are too small to cover shipping costs overall. And with the very limited pricing systems for shipping in GrazeCart, we can't offset smaller orders vs larger orders.

By setting a rate based on averages we are more likely to undercharge on small orders, and on very large orders possibly overcharge by quite a bit.

With some other platforms, You can set brackets based upon order weight.

Ie 0-10lbs could be set with a per order, per item, percent and/or a per lb rate that you create brackets or groups for.

Without the ability to do any sort of live rates, this is the next best thing, at least for our use case and circumstances.

(We can set additional fees but a minimum should work on a basis of being automatically removed. Our staff are too busy and would miss manually removing an additional fee based upon a threshold. This should be easily enough to set up to be automatic.)
